Cancellation Policy

LFFC Lizzie’s Fresh Feels Clean – Terms & Conditions 1. Payment Terms A 50% deposit of the total cleaning bill is required before any cleaning commences. This secures your booking and allows us to schedule your service. The remaining balance must be paid in full before keys are handed back or access to the property is returned. Payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Invoices not paid within 7 days of the due date will incur a late payment fee of A$150. Payment methods accepted: Bank transfer, credit/debit card, cash (by prior arrangement), Afterpay (subject to eligibility and approval by Afterpay), and payment plans (available by arrangement). If you choose to pay via Afterpay, all Afterpay terms and conditions apply. Any fees or charges imposed by Afterpay are the responsibility of the client. Payment plans are available for eligible clients and must be arranged and approved prior to the service date. All payment plan terms will be outlined in writing and must be adhered to. 2. Pricing & GST All prices quoted are exclusive of GST. GST will be added to the final invoice as required by Australian law. Package deals, discounts, and loyalty program benefits are subject to terms detailed on our website. 3. Booking & Cancellation Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a signed quote or acceptance via email. Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice. Less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost. No-shows or on-site cancellations will be charged at 100% of the service fee. 4. Access & Safety The client must provide safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time. If access is not possible, a call-out fee may apply. 5. Scope of Work Services provided will be as detailed in the quote or booking confirmation. Any additional services requested on the day may be subject to extra charges and time availability. 6. Satisfaction Guarantee If you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, please notify us within 24 hours and we will return to address the issue at no extra charge. 7. Liability & Insurance LFFC is fully insured and takes all reasonable care. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage or wear and tear. Any damage caused by our team must be reported within 24 hours of service completion for review. 8. Health & Safety We use eco-friendly products whenever possible. Please advise us of any allergies or sensitivities
